Vaughna Rae Nay Grubbs

Salina, Utah - Vaughna Rae Nay Grubbs, beloved grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, age 95, passed away, on March 19, 2025, at her home in Salina. Vaughna was born January 3, 1930, to Milo Allen Nay and Wilda Leola Beemus.

Vaughna was a wonderful homemaker and found joy in cooking, baking, candy making, crocheting, and gardening. She collected owls, frogs, and hummingbirds figurines. She loved watching true crime tv shows, Criminal Minds being a favorite. Vaughna would never turn down ice cream of any kind, fried chicken, or pepperoni pizza. 

Vaughna is survived by her granddaughter Kimber (Kyle) McCleery of Salina, her sister Sara Colebrook of Taylorsville, and many nieces, nephews, and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly. 

Preceded in death by her parents Milo and Wilda, Her sister Joy, Brothers Leon and Jerry; as well as her son Arthur. 

Cremation services were under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
