Salina, Utah - Vickie Avonne Ivy Cooper, age 68, passed away August 8, 2022 peacefully surrounded by her children in Salina, Utah. She was born January 9, 1954 in Plymouth, Indiana, a daughter of Claude C. Ivy Sr. and Marine Elaine Smith Ivy.
