William James Erickson

Koosharem, Utah - William James "Bill" Erickson, age 61, of St. George, died September 6, 2017 at his home in St. George. He was born December 11, 1955 in Las Vegas, Nevada, a son of Merrill Emett Erickson of Koosharem and Leah Bernice Chidester Erickson of Bicknell. He attended Nathaniel Narbonne High School in Harbor City, California. Bill worked as a sheet rock installer in construction. He is survived by a son, Steven Erickson of Marina del Ray, California; his father, Merrill Erickson of Koosharem; siblings: Judy and Benjamin Dale, of Koosharem; Kelly and Alice Erickson of St. George; Deborah and Rex Tanner of Lyman; Collin and Jody Erickson of Monroe. He is preceded in death by his mother. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 12 Noon in the Koosharem Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
